It is supposed to improve cognitive function and help in weight loss. I do know that the brain need fats for fuel. Avocado works great! And I do find the drink to be an appetite suppressant.
Tuesday’s are my long tai chi day. So I decided to make use of my buddy’s generousity and make vanilla bean bulletproof coffee. Here’s how I make mine.
Add butter, coconut oil, vanilla bean (scraped insides, not the whole bean pod) and coffee.
Blended, it makes a couple of mugfuls.
I paired the coffee with southern style grits. Years ago, I had grits with cheese for the first time. I really liked it. Thank you, Atlanta!
