Here's a recipe you would enjoy Chinese Sashimi.
You can use ahi or ono. Slice your sashimi & place on a plate, drizzle oyster on fish, lay thin slices of sweet onions, thin slices of ginger, drizzle shoyu all over, sprinkle green onions/parsley all over then pour hot peanut oil all over😋 ono. I eat this 2 or 3 times a week. Enjoy....I like this better than plain sashimi. I enjoy cooking & eating like you🤙
