Wifee scored a big daikon today at the farmers market. So I made daikon pork soup. It was super good after simmering for close to four hours. And since dinner was going to be late, I cooked up a pork steak in mushroom gravy. It was so tender and juicy.
The soup came out so good.
I sautéed garlic, turmeric and onion. Then browned a whole mess of pork. Then added the cut up daikon. And simmered long time. So much flavor! The the pork would just melt in your mouth.
