Thankful that I share in your gardens’ bounty. Made vegetable omelettes for Wendi and myself. The girls passed.

Chives and kale from Karen. Wild bittermelon from our yard. Wendi picked just enough for one serving. That is usually how much is there whenever she harvests. Bittermelon was flavored with olive oil and kalamansi juice. Thanks to Lulu and Danny for the kalamansi. The drizzle on the plate is also olive oil and kalamansi. With a sprinkling of Slap Ya Mama.

Oh, there is also garlic in there. It came out really well.

And then we had apple strudel to finish off breakfast.

And I’m such a foodie. After Nori got to play and get her bath, I made poke nachos.

Washed down with plantation tea.

The girls always like steak, so we had steak for dinner. Mixed with sautéed garlic and onion. And with rice and buttered corn. Steak came out perfectly how we like it. Char on the outside and red on the inside.

Dessert was ice cream (chocolate truffle, I think they said, and mint chip) topped with bee pollen.

Fueled up for tai chi tomorrow. 😊
