Interesting food day. Started by trying Wendi’s muesli for the first time. Half a bowl with milk. I added chia seeds for more protein than the nuts in it as well as bee pollen. Good energy for tai chi.
Tried a new coffee too. Thanks Questor and Vu. Pretty good. Interesting name.
The muesli lasted pretty long. I ended up having a late lunch after running my errands. Then it was a big one. Steak plate from Times deli. $9. Bunch of medium rare steak with three sides. Mashed potato with gravy, tossed salad and mac salad. Think I will swap the mac salad with either tossed greens or mashed potatoes next time. It was enough for two. That’s why I ate it all. Well, ok. Nori got a little piece of steak.
And the girls like spaghetti with clam sauce.
