Didn't know how to repost this great picture by @venturehawaii, so I will just name them to make sure they get their credit for it. After my second tai chi class this morning, one of my students shared her story with me after class. Her doctor was asking her what activities she does and she mentioned that tai chi is one of them. Dr. asked her to show some, so she did. Cool part was when she does her tai chi breathing while hooked up to instruments, they clearly show her blood pressure and heart rate markedly lowering while her oxygen level goes up. Very cool. And I appreciate her sharing with me. She also shared that the doctor told her to also do tai chi eating... Eat slowly... And showed her the note in her medical file. She got a kick out of it. Right after that, I saw this picture.
