Warm Up
Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Arthritis
Some combination of Qigong and/or Yang 24 Form
Yang Tai Chi Sword
Cool Down
Please know that there is not an exact schedule, but the class will flow based on what we are working on.
On Wednesday’s and Friday’s, our other instructors will break the class up into smaller groups. But on Mondays, the class is usually one large group.
